While in the waiting room... we need a list!
Waiting List and Deposit Policies:
I require a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be placed on my waiting list. This deposit will be deducted from the full purchase price of $2,100 which includes FULL AKC registration. Payments can be made by Venmo, Zelle, money order, cash, or CashApp , or Paypal (fees are not covered by Spartan Rottweilers, you must "send money to friends and family" to avoid them charging us a fee or use the Paypal links below and fees are included). Clients are placed on the waiting list in the order of the date and time deposits are received (not the date you mail them). Puppies will be offered in the same chronological order as received deposits, according to the sex chosen. Clients should have an idea of what sex they would prefer, but it is not required in order to be placed on our waiting list.
Before placing a deposit with us, please be certain that you are willing to wait for your special puppy. We do our best to fulfill the requests of Clients, and genetics being what they are, we cannot predict how many puppies will be produced or the sex that will result from any breeding or if the breeding will be successful and produce puppies at all. Currently we have 4-5 litters a year.
Waiting list factors:
Some times people are at the top of the waiting list...and LIFE HAPPENS. "Not the right sex"... "We've had a job change"... "We're having a baby!".... "We are fighting an illness"... or some other family issue that makes impossible for you to get a puppy from this litter. No problem, your name will just go back on the list!
Once a litter is born....(Usually within the first few days) .... I will contact the people on the waiting list. At that time, you will be required to pay the other half of the deposit ($250) and confirm your choice of the sex of the puppy.
You will choose your puppy at that time. A colored velcro color will then be put on your puppy. This puppy is yours. If there are not the hoped amount of male or female puppies born, you can choose a different sex or choose to have your deposit carry forward to the next litter. The amount of people on a waiting list for a certain sex on a particular litter is limited so that we can do our best to help this not to happen.
I appreciate the trust you give me to confirm that the choice you made at a few days old is indeed the same puppy you will receive 8 weeks later.
The balance of the puppy price is due by the time your puppy is 6 weeks old.
You can send that to me at any time, up to the 6 weeks mark.
