1.  Male and  Female puppies are $2,100 with full registration.

2.  The deposit BEFORE the litter is born is non-refundable $250, after the litter is born and you have confirmed that you DO want a pupppy at this time, the second $250 deposit is due. This is subtracted from the total of $2,100.

3.  If the litter is already born, I require one $500 deposit. This is subtracted from the total of $2,100.

4.  The balance of your puppy payments must be paid by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old.

1.     See the advertised litter – Sire & Dam -  on the website.

2.     Get on the waiting list for that litter by paying the first deposit by Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. Follow up by texting proof the   payment was made. I will screenshot the payment received and send back for both our records.

3.     Puppies will be offered in the same chronological order as received deposits, according to the sex chosen.

4.     Within a few day of the litter being born, you will receive videos of each of the puppies so that you can make your choice.

5.     Every Saturday you will get an additional video of YOUR puppy to be able to watch it grow with me.

4.     Let us know if you will be picking your puppy up yourself or having it delivered.

5.     Your puppy will go home the weekend it turns 8 weeks old.

Yes, they come with FULL registration. The registration is Pre-paid... so no cost to you to have them registered in your name. They ALSO come with a Pre-paid microchip , registered in your name.

When it comes to choosing a Rottweiler for a pet, the sex of the dog could make a difference — unlike with other breeds. Although both the male and female Rottweiler are capable of becoming excellent companions and are equally trainable, do remember that a male Rottweiler will be larger and heavier than his sister, and he will have all the muscle power to go with that extra weight.

Give serious consideration to your own strength and stature when you decide between a male and a female Rottweiler.

Sexual differences totally apart from size and weight are also a factor. The maternal instincts of the females serve to make them a bit sweeter and gentler, and they are inclined to be less boisterous. In contrast, most male Rottweilers grow bigger and faster than their self-awareness, which can make for some clumsy guys as they grow! When those hormones start raging, the males are inclined to be somewhat challenging, too. Though if you intend to neuter or spay your pup, that will take the hormones out of the equation.

1.      You will be contacted a few days after the litter is born and puppies have settled. You will be given multiple videos of the new-borns and will choose your puppy at that time. 

2.     You will be sent videos of your puppy EVERY Saturday. Your puppy will grow more than 10 times it’s size from birth…

           You don’t want to miss that!

3.     I will send videos, take pictures and even FaceTime if you prefer. However, you will not see them in person until pickup.

A lot of sites answering the question, "What you should know about buying a puppy" advocate for visiting the breeder and meeting them and their dogs. The problem with this is that it is for the buyer's peace of mind , not the puppy's health or the adult breeders health. I want you to have peace of mind. However, our puppies are raised in our home and attached to our home. This means you can't come visit the adult dogs or me, without also "visiting my puppies" and their mama. I am happy to send you pictures and videos of my puppies. I will also Facetime with you, me and your puppy of choice.

Puppy immune systems are not mature enough to handle most outside influences until they are approximately 12 weeks old. Some unsuspecting people and their yards have been exposed to Parvovirus, distemper, etc. If those same people visit my young puppies it could result in the death of the entire litter.

If the mama of my puppies is stressed out because there are strangers in the house with her young puppies and jumps up to assess the threat , she can harm the puppies. Because she is stressed, the nutritional value of her milk changes, which stresses the puppies. If the puppies are too stressed, their little bodies cannot fight sickness....

Finally, other people like you have put deposits on their puppies...they are anxiously waiting.... and now their puppies are also under threat of injury or sickness.  You can absolutely come to our farm to pick your puppy up in person when they are 8 weeks old.

Our curriculum includes a large amount of socialization , but is not limited to  being socialized and handled A LOT,...Their training starts with ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction). From Days 3-16 before puppies open their eyes and ears, they are exposed to many different scents and specific handling to make healthier, intelligent dogs.

   They are also exposed to several types of surfaces and a variety of experiences as they grow. They will be crate trained and beginning potty training , and begin loose leash training. They willl also have the experience of wearing a vest to be prepared for the training vest or harness.
